Wendy was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in April 2023.
Prior to joining WPS, she held leadership positions at Anthem and at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Wisconsin. Wendy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She also completed the Strategic Leadership Program at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Wendy is involved in her community, serving on the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Board of Trustees for Edgewood College, and the Board of Directors for Alliance of Health Insurers, U.A. Wendy is also a member of the International Woman’s Forum of Wisconsin.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, covenant not to sue, and discharge the MNI, the event venue, their parent organizations, their affiliates and all of their trustees, directors, managers, officers, employees, volunteers, agents and representatives (each a “Releasee” and collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness or injury, including but not limited to death or COVID infection, that may be sustained by me or loss or damage to any, arising out of or related to my participating in the EVENT. I agree that, in the event that any person brings any claim or action individually or on my behalf, related to any injury or loss suffered by me as a result of participation in the EVENT, that I will indemnify the Releasees against such claims, including payment of attorney fees. I agree that this release shall bind my guardian, assigns, heirs, administrators and executors forever.
• I understand by purchasing this ticket, any photos taken at the event that include my image may be used for promotional purposes.
• All tickets are nonrefundable and all sales are final. If the event or a portion of the event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a full or partial refund. We will issue an appropriate refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.
